1. Project Cancellation Before Work Starts
If the client cancels the project before any development or design work has started, the 20% advance payment may be refunded, provided that no third-party costs (such as domain registration, hosting, premium plugins, themes, APIs, or other purchased services) have been incurred.
2. Project Cancellation After Work Starts
Once the project has started, the 20% advance payment is non-refundable. This payment covers project planning, consultation, research, design, and initial development work.
3. Mid-Project Cancellation
After approximately 50% of the project has been completed and the client has paid the 50% milestone payment, no refund will be provided for any payments already made, even if the client decides to cancel the project.
4. Project Dissatisfaction
If the client is not satisfied with the project, WebNova Studio will make reasonable revisions based on the agreed project scope. However, completed work and payments made for that work are non-refundable.
5. Third-Party Services
Payments made for third-party services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

-: APIs
-: Payment Gateway Charges
-: Other Third-Party Licenses
6. No Refund After Final Delivery
Once the project has been completed and delivered, no refund will be issued. Delivery includes access to the website, web application, Android app, admin panel, login credentials, or any other agreed project files.
7. Project Hold
If the client does not provide the required content, approvals, or communication for an extended period, the project may be placed on hold. Any work already completed will remain chargeable and non-refundable.
8. Final Handover
The final project, including the Admin Panel, login credentials, and other agreed deliverables, will be provided only after 100% payment has been received and cleared.
9. Policy Updates
WebNova Studio reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any updates will be published on this page.
